I cannot log into my control panel / how do I access my control panel?

Log in problems

Are you using the MC nickname and password? You created these when you signed up your email account(s).

If you know your nickname but cannot remember your password then there is an option on the log in page to have a new password sent to you.

Accessing control panel

Your MC control panel allows you to enable / disable filtering. Provides you with statisics for your email. Allows you to change your MC password and provides a log of spam and virus emails that have been stopped.

Access your control panel in the following way:

1) Click Login from main menu at www.messagecleaner.co.uk

2) Select the Control Panel option

3) Enter the username and password for your MC account

4) Select "User details" to modify your main contact email or password. "Account details" to disable, test or enable filtering for each of your email addresses or "Log out" to return to www.messagecleaner.co.uk
