Checking Internet Explorers Security Settings

To ensure of a successful sign-up, it is necessary to check that your Internet Explorer security settings will accept and run our Active-X component.  

To check whether your Internet settings are okay complete the following steps:

1) Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools, then Internet Options;

2) Click on security and then check that your security level is set to medium or higher and then finally click on custom level;

3) Finally verify that your settings are set to the same as the ones listed below;
