Creating custom filtering rules

You can create custom rules to "filter" your emails. For example you can create rules to delete emails sent from certain people / email domains.

An example of this is as follows:

1) Click Login from main menu at www.messagecleaner.co.uk

2) Select the Webmail option

3) Enter the username and password for your email account

4) Select "Filters" from the menu

5) Create your custom rule by using the options displayed. The example below would mean that any emails received from john@adomain.com would be deleted by our system
